History & Notes: This classic mid century formal gown was worn by Carol MacGregor to her junior-senior prom at Borah High School in 1958. As a descendant of Treasure Valley pioneers, Carol's love of history and anthropology started at young age, growing to become a lifelong personal and academic passion. In 2009, Carol donated this gown along with a substantial collection of garments and accessories worn by Idaho residents.
