History & Notes: This gown was donated to the Idaho State Historical Society by Annabel Brownell in 1963.
Description: Pink silk formal gown with a low square neckline trimmed with gold and pink embroidered insertions over the shoulders, at the front and back of bodice, across the short sleeves, and down the front of the skirt. A loose panel at the back is trimmed with the same gold insertion at the bottom and features a bow at the top to hide the hook and eye closure down back. Inner silk lining with stays in waist portion.
