Description: Off white tulle and lace bodice with polished cotton lining; gathered long sleeves made of tulle with a gathered area below elbow with 6 " frill to edge; body is gathered tulle to waist with a gathered tulle band around waist and a 6 " frill below waist; center back and center front decorated with embroidered covered buttons with star design and satin beads hanging from each button; shoulders, back, stand up collar and down front is covered in a piece of Renaissance lace with a light blue velvet ribbon woven through the edge of the front pieces and attached to edge of collar; front hook and eye closure with a tulle ruffled treatment covering under layer and light blue velvet bows covering hooks and outer layer; blue velvet bow attached to collar in the back.
