Description: Black velvet evening gown with large golden metallic glitter dots flocked across the fabric. Dress features thick sleeveless shoulder straps, a sweetheart neckline, and a straight empire waist atop a floor length skirt. Back zip closure. Black floor length petticoat made of a floral eyelet lace closes with a back zip closure and is hemmed in a stiff batting for structure.
