History & Notes: Worn by Idaho First Lady, Patricia Kempthorne, in 1999 for the inaugural ball held in honor of her husband, Governor Dirk Kempthorne.
Description: Gown, purse, shoes, earrings and undergarment. Stretch velvet sheath dress in deep blue with rhinestone neckline. Back zip closure. Shoes are navy satin with block heels. Earrings feature a blue stone encircled by clear stones set in gold toned metal. Purse is navy satin with braided cord cross body strap. Front of purse is totally covered in faux pearls. Black undergarment.
