History & Notes: Worn by Idaho First Lady Lori Otter in 2007 to the inaugural ball celebrating the inauguration of her husband, Governor C.L. "Butch" Otter.
Description: Floor length gown with long-sleeved bodice. The bodice is a nude illusion, covered in black chantilly lace lined with a nude lining (possible rayon). The lace is decorated with small black rhinestones. The dress has a criss-cross v-neck with scalloped lace along the edges of the neckline and backline. The sleeves are made from unlined black chantilly lace with scallops along the wrists. Their seams are enclosed with french seams. The dress has a white St. John Evening label stitched to the center back, alongside the black plastic zipper. The dress's black knit (possibly navy blue) trumpet style skirt is unlined. It has a short train with a care label sewn to the left side seam.
