History & Notes: This gown was worn by Elizabeth Coski Scott in 1912 on the day of her marriage in the basement of Boise's St. John's Cathedral. As the church was built in stages, so the financial burden would not overcome the parish, the basement was the only finished portion of the building at the time.
Description: Wedding dress in lightweight cotton fabric with heavy white embroidery. Light blue-green silk ribbon embellishments along waist and collar.
